Completely redecorated in all rooms with all new furnishings. Decorated in a beach cottage theme, with neutral yet beach colors to set the mood. 20 min. walk to beaches and 7 min. on a bicycle (we provide two bikes). The beach trolley just outside our neighborhood also goes to the beach every 1/2 hour for 50 cents per person.. Everything has been done and provided to make sure you enjoy your visit. beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bicycles, TVS, DVDs to board games.... Wireless Internet Connection too... The family room has six overlapping sliding doors that allows the room to be totally open to the Lanai with patio and pool. We have a spacous enclosed outdoor shower area that the kids will love!! The pool area features an umbrella, two chaises for sunbathing, table and chairs for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The pool is both heated and lit, so you can come back after sunset at the beach to relax your evening away.
The house is well attended to and maintained... pool company comes every week to clean and adjust the chemicals - the grass is cut regularly and the house and yard are sprayed for insects every two months.
Though the house is located in a quiet neighborhood, its two blocks from all the activity on Bonita Beach Road... walk to shops, waterfront restaurants, boat rentals, mini Safari golf, and much more... within the neighborhood we have the famous Royal Scoop Ice Cream Shop, so be prepared for the lines waiting for the best ice cream Florida has to offer.
